Tuition Assistance
If you intend to use military tuition assistance in payment for your online course,
your course cost is covered in full by military tuition assistance, including
books. To receive your tuition assistance, you must provide the Fort Bragg Office of Methodist University with an approved military assistance authorization from your service education center before your course begins. Army students must provide DA Form 2171-E signed by the applicant and the unit commander. Air Force students must provide AF Form 1227 signed by the applicant and the education service officer. Navy students must provide NAVEDTRA 1560/5 signed by the applicant and a Navy college education specialist. Tuition assistance authorization forms must be sent to Methodist University, AFZA-PA-E, Building 1-3571, Room E-1, Fort Bragg, NC 28307-5000 or FAXed to the Fort Bragg Office at 910-436-2004 prior to the start of the course. Service members or installation education specialists may contact the Fort Bragg Office by phone at 910-436-3624 or by e-mail at with questions. Military tuition assistance payments are not credited to student accounts until the end of the term. |
