Alex Socinski

Major: Business Administration with a concentration in PGA Golf Management

Class Year: Junior

Ashley Williams-McGuire

Hometown: Morehead City, NC

Major: Physical Education and Exercise Science double major

Class Year: Senior

Campus Activities: Alpha Delta Pi, Honors Program, Rotaract, SGA, Greek Council, Lector's Club, FCA, Women's Bible Study, Bringing the Kingdom, Campus Ministries Work Team, Peer Mentor

Why MU?: MU was everything I could have ever asked for in one package. It’s a small school so I get the individual help that I need to thrive, but the campus is well maintained and provides a big school atmosphere. MU is a place that I can feel comfortable calling my home away from home.

Career Goal: Get my PhD by the time I'm 26 and make an impact on the world of Physical Education and Exercise Science.

Christie Wheeler

Hometown: Murfreesboro, TN

Major: Business Administration with a concentration in Resort and Club Management

Class Year: Senior

Campus Activities: Alpha Delta Pi, FCA, Linguists Club, Economics Anonymous, Resort Management/Club Managers Association of America, Womens' Bible Study, Chamber Singers, University Chorale, International Club, Rotaract

Why MU?: I liked the curriculum set-up for the Resort Management department; having the background in business administration is really important. Also, I really liked the campus when I came to visit during my tour. Everyone was so friendly, and I enjoyed the personal feeling of the tour.

Career Goal: I am going to work abroad for a few years doing event coordinating for a small, historical location. I will then return to the States and open an inn that will cater to events and improve the community of which it is a part.

Rachel Purser

Hometown: Matthews, NC

Major: Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Tennis Management (PTM) and a minor in Leadership Studies

Class Year: Junior

Campus Activities: Women's tennis, FCA, Alpha Delta Mu, PTM Club

Why MU?:The PTM program and the women's tennis team were the biggest reasons that I chose MU. I also loved the fact that MU is a small school.

Career Goal: I want to teach tennis at different places all over the world.
