Business Affairs Accounting
The Accounting staff at Methodist University manages and records all institutional revenues and expenses related to the everyday operation of the college. The Accounting Office is located in the Horner Administration Building. Business Office
The Business Office, located in the Horner Administration Building, manages student accounts. Services of the Business Office include:
Mail Center
The Mail Center sorts and processes mail and packages from various national carriers and internal campus correspondence. Students and faculty can purchase stamps and send metered mail through the US Postal Service. The Mail Center also houses mail boxes for students who live in the Residence Halls. The Mail Center is located in the Berns Student Center. Monarch Press
The Monarch Press does the layout and design of printed documents, and the Print Shop handles photocopying, printing (for quantities greater than 100 per sheet), cutting, folding, collating, stapling, and padding. The Monarch Press supplies paper for copiers and printers campus-wide, and carries a supply of colored paper, cover-stock paper, and legal (8 1/2 x 14) and tabloid (11 x 17) sizes. They print most campus bulletins and brochures, such as handbooks, class schedules, syllabi, forms, and flyers. The Monarch Press is housed along with ROTC in the South Campus Apartments, overlooking the soccer field. Housekeeping & Maintenance
