Welcome from the Dean of Students

Welcome to the Division of Student Affairs at Methodist University! I am pleased you are visiting our website. Your visit gives us an opportunity to share some of the great things that we are doing at Methodist. I hope you look around, ask questions, and stop by to enjoy some of our programs and services. The site has something for everyone—students, parents, staff, alumni, and other Methodist University constituents.

Our mission is to assist students with every aspect of university life as they navigate through the MU Journey. We have a dedicated staff of professionals and talented groups of students that love Methodist University.

The Division of Student Affairs at Methodist University is comprised of 11 departments: Center for Personal Development, which houses Counseling and Psychological services and Accessibility Resources/Disability Services; Campus Life, which houses Student Activities, Greek Life and Student Media; Career Services; Campus Recreation; Health Services; Housing and Residence Life; International Programs; Police and Public Safety, and Study Abroad. The Division is also responsible for Judicial Affairs, Parent Programs, and we oversee Aramark, the organization that manages our campus food service program. The Division is committed to communicating and collaborating with the entire university community to assist students and accomplish the academic mission.
