Steps to Student Employment

  1. Financial Aid will send you an award letter stating your award amount. You must sign your award letter and return it to Financial Aid.
  2. Register with Career Services at College Central.
  3. Go to the Student Employment/Career Services Office (Berns, First Floor) to receive your Job Interview and Acceptance Form.
  4. Find a job and have your supervisor complete and sign the Job Interview and Acceptance Form. You can view job listings here or at the Student Employment Office.
  5. Return the Job Interview and Acceptance Form to the Student Employment Office where you will be notified when your contract will be ready.
  6. Pick up your contract at the Payroll office (Horner Admin. Building) and sign your tax forms. You will need your student ID, original social security card, and I-20 (if applicable). You will also need your bank information to set up direct deposit if you have not already done so.
  7. Now you can begin working!
