Emily Wright, Professor of English

Director, Writing Across the Curriculum

B.A., Emory University; M.A.T., Georgia State University; M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., Columbia University

Bio:

Dr. Wright teaches courses in composition, literature, and women's studies. She also directs Methodist University's Writing Across the Campus program, which works with faculty, staff, and students to improve the writing of all members of the campus community.  Her research focuses on southern and women's literature. Her hobbies include camping, hiking, traveling, and, of course, reading.
