Bio

A native of Fayetteville, Heather Regan earned her Master’s Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Campbell University. Mrs. Regan is a Psychotherapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor and Life Coach. Heather specializes in helping students with a myriad of obstacles including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction and any other problem that is holding one back from the University experience and life they are meant to have. An avid meditator, she uses a holistic approach in her counseling that integrates the mind, body and spirit. Heather is trained in Hypnosis, Meditation, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and EFT (Tapping). Mrs. Regan worked in the Center for Personal Development as a Psychotherapist and Counselor for four years and most recently stepped into the role of Director of Counseling and Psychological Services at Methodist University. She also has a global private therapy practice named Therapy With Soul, PLLC, as well as three wonderful children, a husband and a dog named Miracle.
