Students and Careers

Our graduate are well-placed after graduation. Some of our recent graduates have chosen to attend graduate schools in computer science, MBA, and education. Some have successfully followed their career paths to become software project managers, software engineers, programmers, IT technicians, and educators. Others have made career advancements after graduation.

Here are what some of our students say about our programs:

"The great thing about Computer Science at Methodist University was the professors' concern with students' success. It's motivational and rewarding when professors care about knowing who you are and what it takes to help you learn."
     — Kevin Matthews, CSC, Class of 2005; graduate student at UNC-Wilmington

"As an evening college student in the computer science curriculum, I have found the instructors to be very understanding of the challenges an evening college student faces. The instructors have gone the extra mile to ensure my success in the program. The curriculum has enhanced my skills as an application programmer and given me a deeper understanding of the complex thing we call a computer."
     — Mary Hupp, CIT student; Application Programmer at Methodist University

"The great staff helped me find success in the classroom and in the IT world. There is none better."
     — Robert Segal, CSC, Class of 2006; Programmer, IT Works, Inc, Raleigh, NC.
