Below you will find many different checksheet that have been generated by the Environmental Health and Safety Division. Not all departments or areas have a specific checksheet. If you cannot find one for your area or department and you feel that a general use checksheet would not be feasible please contact Taylor Blackley or (910) 630-7558] and he will be able to assist you with what checksheet you might need or be able to create a custom sheet for your particular area or department.

General Use

• Indoor Non-Hazardous - This sheet will be used for a large portion of campus. This sheet is for locations that contain chemicals for cleaning and have no hazardous waste present.
• Outdoor - This sheet will be used to inspect all outdoor facilities on campus including athletic fields.
