I Am Number Four was a somewhat different read than normal for myself, since the story is about a group of aliens who leave the planet Lorien to survive an invasion from a group of aliens called Mogadorians , who destroyed their own planet. The book follows one of the surviving aliens on the planet [...]

This was an all-around good book, from the story line to the way it was written. The story starts out with a young lady by the name of Rebecca. Rebecca heads to a law firm in the hopes of acquiring keys to a house that her mother disappeared at when she was a young child. [...]
Infinite Days has been one of the better books I have read in a while. I really enjoyed the writing style of the author, as other books about vampires have a tendency to say the words “like” and “so” way too often and it gets annoying. With this book you actually get a feel that the [...]
This was a great sequel to Terrier. loved how Beka did what she needed to do, however I have mixed feelings with how the book ended, With Goodwin behind the desk, I think things will be interesting, even thorough I loved Goodwin in the field.
The cover on the book caught my attention, and so did the plot of the story. This was an ok book, not something i would want to read again. The ending was way too sad, and i disagree with some points of the plot. It was a quick read, a interesting story.
Grabbed this book up when browsing for one, the cover art captured my attention. The story was great, the plot was laid out perfectly. The characters were various, and encouraged the plot even more. The only discredit I can say about the book is the ending came way too soon.
The Last Werewolf is best explained as a good story that at times is somewhat hard to read. Story wise Jake is a werewolf that is two hundred years old and the last of his kind. He is constantly chased by an agency that is ridding the world of werewolves or anything else considered paranormal. [...]
I loved the movie, well until I read the book. Then I wonder at how the movie could be said to be based off the book. As I told a family member, if you love the movie, and do not want to hate it, then do not read the book, if you do not care [...]
Ruby Red is the first in a trilogy about time-traveling teenager, Gwen Shepherd. She comes from along line of time-traveling females, but was never supposed to be the one in her generation to inherit the gene. She is tossed back and forth in time and must deal with snobbish relatives, family mysteries, and a handsome [...]
Robert Masello’s novel takes place everywhere from present day Chicago, to Dante’s Italy, to Marie Antoinette’s France all without losing the reader somewhere along the way. The back and forth between times, places, and voices is not easily done, but Masello does it with such skill that I barely noticed the shift as I was [...]
