From: Lafayette
Date: _____ 21, 1832
In French

La Grange1832
I am in receipt of your letter my dear Mular and I eagerly am sending you the Note, counting on you for the withdrawal of the first one. It seems to me that my caution is given in sufficient terms, if I mistaken if the form would you please send me another one with an example of what I am to sign. I am not astonished about the difficulties you are facing and I can only applaud the efforts you are making to overcome them. All my best wishes go to you in this troublesome task. Give my very best to your family. You know the feeling I have been bearing towards you for a long time.
