All students in The Professional MBA at Pinehurst_® are required to have his or her own notebook computer with Wi-Fi capability. Computers will be used extensively during weekend residency sessions, and students will be required to complete work online between sessions. Classroom facilities at Pinehurst currently have wireless capability. Guest rooms are equipped with high speed Internet access, which is available to guests who elect to use this service for an additional charge.

Methodist University has arranged a special price on an IBM ThinkPad that will function with both wireless and wired connections. While students may purchase a laptop computer from any source, the laptop they select must have the same capabilities as the computer listed in the IBM package.
