Program Description
focus on Organizational Management & Leadership

The Professional MBA Program at Methodist University with a focus on Organizational Management & Leadership consists of 36 credit hours, or 12 classes, taken over 16 months. Students enroll in five 8-week terms the first year, and two 8-week terms the second year, taking two classes per term. Classes are held in Clark Hall at the Reeves School of Business at Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina, meeting two weekends per term over the course of the year (on a Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday.) Students will complete additional course work for each class online between on-campus weekends.

Professional MBA students in the Organizational Management and Leadership focus take the following courses during the program:

Each course utilizes a combination of lectures, case studies, and other activities with the majority of the activities focused on organizational management and leadership in business.

The Capstone

Each student completes a capstone project during the last two terms of the program that will be individually tailored to the student's goals and career expectations. A project will be completed in the student's area of specialization, often in conjunction with his/her employer.
