MJA Graduate Promoted to Lieutenant

Carlton Williams, a 2011 graduate of the MJA program has been promoted to Lieutenant in the Greenville, North Carolina Police Department. Lt. Williams is actively involved state-wide training of Crisis Intervention Team officers and with homelessness programs in the Pitt County area. Lt. Williams assisted in MU's undergraduate program when Senior Seminar students recently researched police involvement with homelessness.

MJA Graduate Named Director of North Carolina Justice Academy

Mark Strickland, a graduate of the first MJA class, has been named the Director of the North Carolina Justice Academy.
