November 15, 2007 NEW ORLEANS, LA - The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced today the 2007 Division III Men's All-Region Cross Country teams for the eight cross country regions. All-Region honors are given to an athlete who finishes in the top 35 at their respective regional meet. Methodist senior Husein Nasiro-Sigo received All-Region honors after placing ninth at the South/Southeast Regional meet in Williamsburg, Va. last Saturday. After his performance, Nasiro-Sigo also qualified for the NCAA Championship meet in Northfield, Minnesota on Nov. 17. This season marks his third consecutive qualification for the national meet. Last season Nasiro-Sigo battled through rainy, muddy conditions to place in the top 25 percent of competitors.
