Men's Reserve Team
Runs Past Fayetteville State
Freshman Spencer Hensley leads the Monarchs
in second place
FAYETTEVILLE, NC- The men's cross country
reserve team took on Fayetteville State and
edged out a 27-28 win in the 5K race.
Fayetteville State runner Ernest Cole won the
race in 20:44, but Spencer Hensley came in
second with a time of 21:21 for the Monarchs.
Robert Galusky
placed fourth in 22:16, Brandon Kidd was 5th in
22:37, Austin Thomas was 6th in 22:49, and Jon
Myatt was 10th in 28:11.
The entire team will travel to Pleasant Garden,
NC to compete at the Guilford Invitational on
Saturday with the men's race beginning at 9:30
am.
