Hill Honored as USA South Athlete of the Week
Methodist student-athlete receives weekly conference honors

FAYETTEVILLE, NC- The USA South has announced their athletes of the week. The conference gives an award for Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week for each sport active during the week.

Michael Hill has been named the USA South Football Offensive Player of the Week. The senior running back from Angier, North Carolina scored two rushing touchdowns in a 27-20 win over USA South rival Shenandoah. Hill carried the ball 22 times for 177 yards, good for a 8.0 yard average. He also caught two passes for 23 yards in the win. Hill's two touchdowns gave him 40 for his career which is a new school record. Hill finishes his career with Methodist career rushing yardage, attempts and touchdown records.
