Coach Ryerson Coaches Team in European Friendship Basketball Series
College players from all divisions of the NCAA and NAIA compete overseas

FAYETTEVILLE, NC-  Men's assistant basketball coach and cross country head coach Tim Ryerson spent another opportunity coaching with USA Athletes International in Europe.  Last summer Ryerson led high school seniors in Belgium and returned earlier this month to coach college All-Stars in four games throughout France, England and Belgium.

The team first landed in Paris with a game against Stade Francais where they won 116-62.  They traveled to London for games two and three, losing narrowly by one point to the Reading Rockets before coming back with a 102-66 win over Barking Abbey.  The final game took the team to Oostende, Belgium where Ryerson led the team to a 120-86 victory against DUUA to finish 3-1.

In between games, Team USA was able to visit the Eiffel Tower, experience a tour of London and spend time sightseeing through Belgium.
