Monarchs Finish First at Camp LeJeune
Senior Nick Bova won with 210 (69-66-75)

JACKSONVILLE, NC– The Monarchs finished three rounds at the Camp LeJeune Intercollegiate to finish first with a 859 (289-265-305). Ranked number one in the country, Methodist won their fourth tournament of the season.

The Monarchs battled cold, rain and wind on Sunday to conclude the tournament. Senior Nick Bova picked up his third individual win of the spring at 210 (69-66-75) while sophomore Josh Schrader (74-63-79) and junior Tom Cooper (74-67-75) tied for fourth at 216. Junior Jake Pleczkowski shot 218 (72-69-77) tied for seventh and junior Matt Bova finished up at 224 (75-71-78) to tie for 24th.

The Monarchs will compete in the Emory Invitational Apr. 7-8.
