Methodist Men Jump Four Spots To Fifth After Two Rounds
Junior Matt Bova tied for 29th at 152 (76-76)

BRASELTON, GA– After two round at the NCAA Championship Tournament, the Methodist men are in fifth place amongst the 35 teams with a 609 (311-298) at the Chateau Elan Resort. Leading the field is St. John Fisher at 596. After playing the Woodlands Course on Tuesday, the Monarchs played the Chateau Course on Wednesday, both par 71 courses.

Junior Jake Pleczkowski (77-75) and junior Matt Bova (76-76) are tied for 29th at 152. Junior Tom Cooper (82-71) and sophomore Josh Schrader (76-77) are one stroke behind at 153 in a tie for 32nd. Senior Nick Bova cut eight strokes to finish with a 160 (84-76).

The tournament will continue tomorrow with the third round.
