Criscoe to compete for the National Championship
Senior is one of 32 individuals invited to the singles championship; Criscoe and Fletcher also selected as alternates in doubles

FAYETTEVILLE, NC- Methodist Senior Keith Criscoe was selected by the NCAA as one of the 32 individuals to compete for the Men's Tennis singles championship.

Criscoe has a singles record of 16-5 this year.  The selection of individuals for the championships is based on won-lost record, strength of schedule and eligibility and availability of student-athletes.

The announcement was a bit surprising as it seemed more likely that Criscoe would be competing with doubles partner Chris Fletcher rather than in singles competition.  Criscoe and Fletcher have a 17-2 record in doubles and were named as alternates in the South Region.  They would compete if a South Region Team was scratched.  Sixteen doubles teams were selected.

Singles and Doubles competition will be held at Mary Washington University on May 20-22.
