| #5 LaGrange Comes From Behind to Knock Off #4 Emory 2-1 FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Emory took the lead in the first inning on a RBI triple from Kim Bandy to score Nikki Perez. Singles from Leah Flowers and Kayla Yeargin moved runners to second and third to set up a two-RBI single from Katie Hein for LaGrange to take the 2-1 lead in the top of the fifth inning. Amanda Daniel picked up the win for LaGrange with two strikeouts in the complete game. Shannon Anderson struck out 12 for Emory. Hein led LaGrange at the plate 2-for-4 with two RBI while Kim Bandy went 2-for-3 for Emory.
