Petty Named All-American in 100 Meter Dash
Junior finished fifth in the 100 meter in 10.78 seconds

OSHKOSH, WI -  After qualifying earlier this weekend, the Methodist 4x100 meter relay team competed in the finals while junior Tazz Petty ran in the 100 meter dash finals. The NCAA Championships conclude on Saturday.

The relay team made up of Tazz Petty, Mike Hill, Brandon Kidd and Greg Bailey finished ninth in 44.66 seconds after Hill came up with an injury.

Petty went on to run the 100 meter finals to a fifth place finish in 10.78 seconds to receive All-American honors.
