February 21, 2007 FAYETTEVILLE, NC- The USA South Athletic Conference has announced its All-Conference awards for women's basketball. A total of 17 student-athletes have been named to the USA South All-Conference teams for women's basketball. Methodist senior Stacy Williams is one of five players named to the first team. Williams averaged
15.7 points per game this season to cap off a
career in which she became only the fifth player
in program history to surpass 1,000 points.
A native of Beaufort, NC, Williams has led the
team in scoring the past two seasons and doubled
her scoring from her freshman to senior seasons.
She scored a career-high 28 points against
Bennett College on January 20th. After
being named a honorable mention selection her
sophomore year and earning second team honors
last season, this is Williams' third
