Senior Courtney Bissette led the Monarchs with 10 points

RALEIGH, NC - The Methodist women's basketball team earned their fifth USA South Conference win on Thursday night in a 67-52 win over the Peace Pacers. Methodist improves to 9-4 this season and 5-1 in the USA South while Peace dropped to 5-7 overall and 1-5 in the conference.

After Peace moved to within two through the first five and a half minutes, the Monarchs went on an 10-0 run to jump out to an 18-6 lead with 10:55 to go in the first half.
