Monarchs take 5th in Bonnie Hoover Invitational
Charlotte Williams ties for sixth overall

HARRISONBURG, VA – The Methodist Women's golf team placed fifth overall at the Bonnie Hoover Invitational women's golf tournament at James Madison University. The tournament was played on the par-72, 6,046-yard Lakeview Golf Course.

Methodist shot a 315-312=627 which trailed winner Penn State by sixteen strokes and was the fifth best team score.  Georgetown took second (-5), Princeton third (-6), and the College of William and Mary took 4th (-12) in the fifteen team event. 

Charlotte Williams shot a 152 to lead Methodist and finish tied for sixth overall.  Heather Martin shot a 155 and finished 12th place.  Other Methodist scores include Katie Dick 160, Colleen Walsh 162, and Emily Raney 169.  

Methodist hosts the Monarch invite on Friday, April 14th.
