June 5, 2007 NORMAN, OK - The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) has announced the Team USA roster scheduled to compete in the 2007 USA China Friendship Cup July 26-29. The team comprised of eight men and four women are all freshmen. The event will be held at the Oak Valley Golf Club in Beaumont, California. Susan Martin will represent Methodist on Team USA. Recently completing her freshman year, Martin averaged 79.18 strokes this season on her way to helping the team to its tenth consecutive national championship. Martin was named a Second Team All-American, First Team All-Region as well as being honored as the Freshman of the Year. Martin will join Joseph Bramlett of Stanford, Nevada’s Taylor Coffman, Eric Cole of Nova Southeastern, Texas Lutheran’s Ryan Kiel, Ben Martin of Clemson, Braxton Marquez of Scottsdale Community College, Florida’s Tim McKenney, Angela Oh of Tennessee, St. Edward’s Jaqueline Struck, Dolores White of Wake Forest and Lance Williams of Thomas.
