May 14, 2008 WAVERLY, Iowa- The Methodist women extended their lead at the NCAA Championships to 13 strokes ahead of Southwestern University. The Monarchs pace the 20 team field at Centennial Oaks Golf Club in Waverly, Iowa. Methodist sophomore Susan Martin has a one stroke lead over day one leader Stephanie Mingos of Rhodes College. Martin stands at two over through two rounds with a 146 (74-72). Senior Katie Dick is in a tie for 10th at 155 (79-76) and freshman Gretchen McLean is tied for 14th at 156 (76-80). Freshman Paige Caldwell shot 159 (78-81) to tie for 27th and junior Sara Dickson shot 172 (81-91) to tie for 82nd.
