Monarchs Receive NGCA Honors
Senior Charlotte Williams becomes four-time first team All-American

HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, FL-  The National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) held its annual awards banquet on Wednesday evening presenting All-Region and All-American honors.  The Methodist team members were all named to the East All-Region Team on the way to All-American status.

Emily Ranney was an Honorable Mention selection for the second year, while freshman Susan Martin received Second Team honors before being named an All-American Scholar Athlete and Freshman of the Year.  Charlotte Williams took home her fourth First Team All-American award while Katie Dick received her third First Team All-American award.  Heather Martin was named to the First Team for the first time in her career after receiving second team and honorable mention honors.

The women will continue play in the National Championship Thursday and Friday.
