Bradley and Anderson Selected as
USA South Athlete and Rookie of the Week
Both players selected for second consecutive
week
FAYETTEVILLE, NC-
The USA South has announced their athletes of
the week for all fall sports. The conference
gives an award for Player of the Week and Rookie
of the Week for each sport active during the
week.
Women's soccer player Chrystal Bradley earned
Athlete of the Week honors after scoring eight
goals and 4 assists in three games this past
week. A
native of Fairfax, VA, Bradley registered four
consecutive hat tricks from October 11-19.
Bradley leads the team in scoring with 28 goals
and 11 assists in just 16 games.
Michelle Anderson from Waldorf, MD was chosen as
the USA South Rookie of the Week for the second time this season. The freshman
tallied six goals and two assists this week.
Anderson scored one goal against Mary Baldwin,
two against Peace and a hat trick versus
Shenandoah.
Anderson has 14 goals and three assists this season.
The women will play host to Lynchburg on Tuesday
at 3 pm before completing their regular season
Saturday at Ferrum.
