Bradley
selected
USA
South
Women’s
Soccer
Player
of the
Week
FAYETTEVILLE,
N.C. –
The USA
South
Athletic
Conference
released
its
first
weekly
honors
of the
2005-06
athletic
season
on
Tuesday,
and
Methodist’s
Chrystal
Bradley
was
selected
the USA
South
Player
of the
Week for
women’s
soccer.
Bradley,
a
sophomore
from
Fairfax,
Va.,
played a
huge
role in
the Lady
Monarchs’
first
three
games of
the
season.
She
scored
three
goals
and
dished
out an
assist.
That
included
a goal
and an
assist
in
Thursday’s
2-1 Lady
Monarch
victory
over
Meredith,
and two
late
goals in
Methodist’s
3-1
victory
over
Huntingdon
on
Saturday.
For the
season,
Bradley,
last
year’s
USA
South
Rookie
of the
Year, is
tied for
the lead
in the
USA
South in
both
points
and
goals
scored.
Methodist
is back
in
action
on
Wednesday
at home
against
in-state
rival
Guilford
at 4
p.m.-state
rival
Guilford
