Bradley and Roberson Score in Loss to Guilford
Quakers score two in final 4:05 to rally for win

GREENSBORO, NC-  Chrystal Bradley started things off right in the 9th minute with a goal off of a deflection.  With the score 1-0 at halftime, Guilford came back to tie the game in the 55th minute.  Freshman Whitney Roberson countered with a goal in the 76th minute after she capitalized on a break in the defense.  Roberson leads the team with five goals in three games.

Leading 2-1 with less than five minutes remaining, Guilford midfielder Emily Ott took a shot that ricocheted off the crossbar where Jennah Carter was able to put it away and tie the game.  Four minutes later, with seconds remaining, Guilford made one final push with Jennah Carter placing her shot in the far corner from 12 yards out off of an assist from Ott.

Methodist goalkeeper Amanda Evans finished with seven saves while Guilford keeper had three. 

The Monarchs will return home to face St. Mary's College of Maryland on Saturday at 12 pm.
