Women's Soccer

Formed in 1984, the Methodist University women's soccer program has proven itself as a regional and national power in just a short amount of time. The Lady Monarchs have established a 270-150-24 slate while boasting winning records during all but four seasons. The run includes 11 Dixie Intercollegiate/USA South Athletic Conference crowns, nine NCAA tournament appearances, four South Region titles, four Final Four appearances, and one NCAA Division III national championship runner-up finish (1995).

In addition, Methodist has also produced 90 All-Conference honorees, 34 All-Division III South Region selections, 22 NCAA Division III All-Americans, and nine Academic All-Americans.

The Monarchs' home facility - Monarch Soccerplex - is known as one of the premier facilities in NCAA Division III. The 2,000 square foot complex was built and opened in the spring of 1990 and includes a two story air-conditioned press box with two locker rooms, observation/video platform, referee changing facilities, and public restrooms.
