November 5, 2007 FAYETTEVILLE, NC- The NCAA released the 2007 Women's Soccer Tournament Bracket information Monday morning with 60 teams receiving bids to the tournament. The Methodist Monarchs (17-4) received an automatic bid to the tournament after winning the USA South Athletic Conference Tournament on Saturday. Roanoke College (17-3-1) was selected as a first and second round host with Methodist scheduled to play the host Maroons on Saturday at 5 pm. The winner will face the winner of Maryville (17-4-1) and Lynchburg (16-3-3) on Sunday at 6 pm. This is the team's second consecutive appearance in the NCAA Tournament after receiving an at-large bid last season. This year's tournament championship was the first in program history.
