Roberson Selected USA South Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week
Freshman scored four goals in two games this past weekend

FAYETTEVILLE, NC-  Freshman Whitney Roberson has been named USA South women's soccer Rookie of the Week as part of the conference's first weekly honors.

Roberson, a freshman from Kitty Hawk, NC scored a hat trick on Saturday afternoon against Hollins University.  On Sunday, Roberson returned for another goal against Cabrini College to help the Monarchs in a 3-2 win.  Roberson leads the USA South Conference in scoring after the first week of play.

Methodist travels to Guilford on Wednesday.
