Both players have a cumulative GPA higher than 3.7 and rotated as #1 and #2 singles during the 2006 season.  Smith and Tucker finished with the two best records for the Monarchs at 14-5 and 13-6 respectively.  At the completion of last season, both athletes were named to the USA South All-Conference first team for their efforts.
