Members of the Board of Trustees of Methodist University are pleased to announce they have selected their next President, who will be the fifth person to hold that office in the school’s 62-year history. The Board will introduce the new President to students, faculty, and staff Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in Berns Student Center.

Members of the media are welcome to attend.

The new President was selected after a national search conducted by Haley Associates Higher Education Executive Search. The new President succeeds Ben Hancock, who retired May 31, 2018 after a seven-year tenure. Methodist University Provost Dr. Delmas S. Crisp has been serving as Interim President.
