Assistant Program
Alumni who need credentialing or education verification
paperwork completed by the program for employment purposes can submit
requests via the following methods below. Please allow at least 3-5 business
days to process your paperwork. Alumni are strongly advised to follow
up with the program by calling (910) 630-7495 to ensure all requests are
received.

- Program Letter: If a letter needs to be generated
by the program you may email Jennifer Mish at
with the information that must be provided to your employer. Please
include the following: Where the letter should be mailed, Who it needs
to be addressed to, and any specific information that needs to be in
the letter (i.e. he/she is recommended without reservation for clinical
practice and privileges, etc). If this letter can be emailed or faxed
back to your employer please supply that information.
- Faculty Letters of Personal Recommendation: If you
need a personal letter of recommendation from a faculty
member you may email Jennifer Mish at
with the information that must be provided to your employer. Please
include the following: The faculty member who you would like to write
the letter, Where the letter should be mailed, Who it needs to be addressed
to, and any specific information that needs to be in the letter (i.e.
he/she is recommended without reservation for clinical practice and
privileges, etc). If this letter can be emailed or faxed back to your
employer please supply that information. Please
note faculty letters may take longer than 3-5 days to process due to
the availability of the faculty.
- Transcripts: The program can only provide unofficial
transcripts. If you need official transcripts you must submit a request
through our registrar's office. The cost of an official transcript is
