The Methodist University PA Program
gives first consideration to Methodist graduates or persons
who have completed coursework at MU. As a result, MU students
are required to submit a supplemental application, in addition
to the CASPA application.
Please click
here to print the supplemental application.
MU applicants applying for entrance in August 2009 may
officially submit their supplemental application to the
Physician Assistant program as early as Monday,
June 2, 2008 and no later than Thursday,
July 3rd , 2008. It is strongly suggested the application
and required materials be submitted prior to deadline. No
exceptions will be made after this date. Should a
student fail to meet the deadline for the supplemental application,
he/she must apply through regular channels (CASPA).
They will be given first consideration with all other outside
applicants at the time their CASPA application is received.
The following information must
be included with your application. Please review each bullet
carefully:

colleges/universities attended except MU. For your convenience,
Methodist University transcripts will be obtained by the
program.

acceptable)
- GRE scores- Unofficial copies of the GRE score report
from ETS and/or official scores are acceptable. Official
scores must be received to complete your file. Please

your home or the program. If you have not taken the GRE
prior to the deadline, your application will not be considered
for the first interview session. Self

of the program will be invited for the first interview session
of the year.

The PA Program also requires that all MU graduates submit
a CASPA application to officially complete their file. CASPA
applications do not have to be complete at the time of interview.
