Hello and thank you for allowing me to serve you and your children
for this year. I look forward to being your voice to Methodist University
during my tenure.
My name is Scott Sawyer and my son is a Freshman student athlete
on the basketball team. I have 2 boys, a wonderful wife (Chris)
of almost 25 years, and live in Indian Land, South Carolina. I live
very near to Charlotte, NC and about 2 1/2 hours from campus.
I have served as a volunteer coach for over 13 years and most recently
have assisted both Middle and High School basketball teams. I love
to work with kids and want them all to succeed not only on the court
or field, but in life as well.
Just stepping into this position on short notice has not given me
the opportunity to meet very many of you, but I would like for you
to know that if you have an issue that I need to present to the
Faculty or Staff, I will work diligently to come to a resolution
that will benefit all persons involved.
Through e-mails and our conference calls online, I believe we can
help our daughters and sons have an awesome experience while at
Methodist University.
