Your first two official Methodist University transcripts are free of charge.
Each one thereafter is $13.00. Requests for transcripts must be in writing. You
may fill out the form, print it, and fax your request directly to the Registrar’s
Office at (910) 630-7410 or mail to: Registrar’s Office Methodist University
5400 Ramsey St. Fayetteville, NC 28311. Requests must include your signature and
payment must be made prior to processing. Be sure to include your social security
number and the approximate dates you attended Methodist University. To pay by
credit card, contact the Business Office at: (910) 630-7018. You will be given
a receipt number at the time of payment. Include that receipt number on the request
faxed to the Registrar’s Office. Include check or money order with mailed
requests. Processing of transcripts takes 5-7 days. If you have any questions,
please call (910) 630-7318.
Note
Your official high school and prior official college transcript(s) must have
been received by Methodist University in order to process your request. An official
transcript is one that has been issued by an institution and received
by Methodist University in an envelope sealed by the issuing institution.
The transcript will contain the official school seal or stamp and signature
of the Registrar. Transcripts received from secure, recognized electronic document
delivery systems are also considered official.
