P. Lowdermilk Student Achievement Award
The Fayetteville Rotary Club is scheduled to award the William P. Lowdermilk Student Achievement Awards at a special banquet meeting of the club to be held on March 25, 2013. This year's competition will offer up to eight combined cash and MU scholarship awards. The awards are listed below:
Each of the eight recipients will also receive a framed certificate and special gift from the Fayetteville Rotary Club.
To be considered for selection, a student must first meet the criteria outlined in the body of this memorandum. In addition to meeting the criteria, a student must be formally nominated by any current member of Methodist University's faculty or staff. A nomination form is included. The deadline to submit nominations is February 15, 2013 by 5:00PM. Nominations received after this deadline will not be considered. All completed nomination packages must be submitted to:

Criteria for the William P. Lowdermilk Student Achievement Award
William P. Lowdermilk Student Achievement Awards are presented annually by the Fayetteville Rotary Club to up to eight deserving Methodist University students. The original award was established in 1995 by the Board of the Fayetteville Rotary Club to honor Dr. William P. Lowdermilk for his long and honorable service to Rotary and to Methodist College.
