Fayetteville is located along I-95 in south central North Carolina, about one hour southeast of Raleigh. Methodist University is on the northeast side of town at 5400 Ramsey Street (Highway 401).

The Fayetteville Regional Airport is serviced by several national carriers. Travelers may also fly into Raleigh-Durham International Airport, about an hour and a half from Fayetteville.

For registrants traveling by air, car rental is advised for travel to and within Fayetteville.
