Missed appointments will be considered "no shows." Upon receiving two "no shows" in a semester, you will be prohibited from making any appointments for the remainder of the semester and any future appointments you have already scheduled will be deleted. Students with two "no shows" may still receive assistance on a walk-in basis. Students may cancel appointments at any time prior to their appointment time with no penalty.
Why do we do this?
If you miss an appointment, that is one less appointment available to your fellow students. The WC can be booked for weeks in advance at certain times of the semester, so it is important that we are able to give any available appointments to people on the waiting list. No-shows hinder our ability to serve students in need.
What do I do if I want to appeal the "No Show" policy?
