Her reasearch involves an in-depth study of the perception, comprehension, and expression of emotion, the assessment of the role of computer technology in the classroom, student adaptation to college, and resilience. She has been published in Archives of Clinical Neuropsychology, International Journal of Neuroscience, has presented papers to the American Psychological Association and the Eastern Psychological Association, and holds the copyright on the Auditory Affective Verbal Learning Test.
