Kelly Kirkpatrick is one of Methodist’s full time athletic trainers primarily responsible for the women’s soccer and women’s basketball teams. She also serves as a clinical preceptor for the athletic training education program.
Prior to joining the Methodist University Athletic Training Staff, she was the athletic trainer for West Forsyth High School in Clemmons, N.C. for three years. Kirkpatrick received a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Bachelor of Science in athletic training from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in applied physiology and kinesiology with a concentration in athletic training from the University of Florida in 2011.
Throughout her professional career, Kirkpatrick has experience working with athletics of all levels including NCAA Division I and III athletics, high school, and at an out-patient physical therapy clinic.
Kirkpatrick is a native of Gettysburg, PA.
