Bio:

Teresa Elliott is one of Methodist’s full time athletic trainers primarily responsible for the men’s soccer and women’s softball teams.  Teresa is also an instructor and clinical preceptor in the Undergraduate Athletic Training Education Program.  

Teresa received a Bachelor of Science in athletic training from Slippery Rock University in 2012.  She then went on to earn her Master of Education in Exercise Science from Auburn University in 2013.  While at Auburn, Teresa also worked as an Athletic Trainer for the 1-46 Infantry Battalion of the United States Army at Fort Benning.  

Upon graduation, Teresa worked as the head Athletic Trainer at Bishop Verot High School in Fort Myers, FL.  She also has experience working in an outpatient physical therapy clinic. 

In addition to being a Certified Athletic Trainer she is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  Elliott is a native of Fredericksburg, VA and currently resides in Fayetteville, NC.
