Bio:

Jamie Robbins studies psychosocial variables that impact performance. She has most recently published studies related to stress in athletes and coaches, regret in athletes, and team cohesion. Jamie is USA Field Hockey’s youth development consultant, and at Methodist she works with athletes, teams and coaches as a sport psychology consultant (i.e. –CMPC: certified mental performance consultant). As well, Jamie is the director of the Institute of Sports Science and Wellness. Her goal through her research and service is to help individuals improve their satisfaction and performance by utilizing and building mental skills.
