Teaching Philosophy:
My philosophy of teaching evolved from a combination of my years of professional and teaching experience. My mission as a teacher is to promote a positive cooperative learning environment. I strive to provide a strong foundation for lifelong learning that combines both theory and real world experiences.
Research:
My current research activities include management, leadership, motivation, gender studies, town and gown relationships, non-profit and for profit organizational dynamics, organizational culture, job satisfaction, decision-making, higher education, cooperative and intentional learning communities, intercollegiate cross-gendered coaching and athlete perceptions.
Personal Interests:
Spending time with my family, tennis, golf, running, playing most sports and traveling.
