Minor in Human Resources


Effective human resource management has become an essential component of any competitive business. As the world marketplace becomes more connected and more competitive, the ability to attract and retain the best employees has become critical for corporate success. Human Resources professionals are focused on finding the best ways for businesses to function internally so that they can produce optimum external results.

The Minor in Human Resources prepares students for a number careers in this ever-growing and well compensated segment of business management including: HR Generalist, Recruitment, Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Human Resource Management.
